DVD Operation (Basic)
Play Position Memory Feature
• Playback will stop as DVD Player or Vehicle
Ignition is switched ‘OFF’.
• When power is restored, DVD Player will
resume playback from the same point it
stopped. (It may take up to 5 seconds before
DVD disc resumes playback.)
• Play position memory is erased if disc is
removed or reset switch on face of DVD Player
is pressed.
15 EJECT - Discs may be ejected with vehicle ignition
key in Position 1 (Steering Unlocked), Position 2
(Ignition ON), or Position 3 (Engine Start).
Note: Disc can also be ejected with vehicle
ignition key turned to Position 0 (Steering
Lock) by pressing EJECT button. DVD Player
powers ‘OFF’ automatically after unloading
disc.
• Press EJECT button to eject the disc. If you fail
to remove disc within 15 seconds, the DVD
Player will automatically reload disc.
• As a disc is ejected, DISC IN indicator light on
face of DVD Player turns ‘OFF’.
Performance Note: DVD Control button
backlighting can be switched ‘ON/OFF’ by
pressing and holding EJECT button for more
than three seconds.
16 DISC IN INDICATOR LED - Illuminates to indicate a
disc is loaded in DVD Player.
17 STOP - (Remote function only) Press n STOP but-
ton on System Remote Control during playback to
stop playback. Disc position will be automatically
stored in memory.
CAUTIONS:
• Do not attempt to grip or pull disc out while it is
being pulled back into the player by the automatic
reloading mechanism.
