(5) Restart (PS reset) method when PU stop (PS display) is made during PU operation
PU stop (PS display) is made when the motor is stopped from the unit where control command source is not selected
(operation panel, parameter unit (FR-PU07)) in the PU operation mode.
For example, when Pr. 551 PU mode operation command source selection = "9999" (initial value) and a parameter unit is
mounted, pressing on the operation panel during PU operation will make the PU stop (PS display).
When the motor is stopped from the PU while the parameter unit (FR-PU07) is selected as control command
source.
1) After the motor has decelerated to a stop, press of the parameter unit (FR-PU07).
2) Press to display .( reset )
3) Press of the parameter unit (FR-PU07) to select the PU operation mode.
4) Press or of the parameter unit (FR-PU07).
REMARKS
When Pr. 551 = "9999", the priorities of the PU control source is parameter unit (FR-PU07) > operation panel.
CAUTION
Do not reset the drive unit while the start signal is being input.
Otherwise, the motor will start instantly after resetting, leading to potentially hazardous conditions.
