Viewing Active Alert Messages
Displays detailed information about a fault or problem. The status
code of the alert is also displayed for reference if Xerox customer
support is needed.
To view alert messages:
1. Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field.
2. Click the Status tab or click Status in the directory tree.
3. Click Alerts. Any active alert messages and status code are
displayed on the page.
4. Click Refresh Alerts to update the page with current alert
information.
