1 Audio display
Shows the audio adjustment status.
1 Press M.C. to display the main menu.
2 Turn M.C. to change the menu option
and press to select AUDIO.
3 Turn M.C. to select the audio function.
After selecting, perform the following proce-
dures to set the audio function.
Fader/Balance (fader/balanceadjustment)
1 PushM.C. upor downto adjust front/rearspeaker
balance.
F15 toR15 isdisplayed asthe front/rear speaker
balance movesfrom frontto rear.
! F/R 0is theproper settingwhen only two
speakers areused.
! When therear outputsetting isRear SP:S/W,
you cannotadjust front/rear speakerbalance.

You canadjust thecurrently selectedequalizercurve
setting asdesired. Adjustedequalizercurvesettings
are memorizedin Custom1or Custom2.
! A separateCustom1 curve canbe created for
each source.If youmake adjustments whena
curveother thanCustom2 is selected,the equali-
zer curve settingswill bememorized inCustom1.
! A Custom2curvecan becreated common toall
sources. Ifyou make adjustmentswhen theCus-
tom2 curve isselected, theCustom2 curve will
be updated.

Sub W.1 (subwoofer on/offsetting)
This unitis equippedwith asubwooferoutput which
can beturned onor off.

woofer output.
PushM.C. leftto select reversephase andRe-
verse appearsin thedisplay.Push M.C.right to

Sub W.2 (subwoofer adjustment)
When thesubwoofer outputis on,you canadjustthe
cut-off frequencyand the outputlevel ofthe subwoo-
fer.
Only frequencieslower thanthose in theselected
range areoutputted fromthe subwoofer.
