1 Press M.C. to display the main menu.
2 Turn M.C. to change the menu option
and press to select FUNCTION.
3 Turn M.C. to select the function.
After selecting, perform the following proce-
dures to set the function.
Search &Connect (searchingfor availablecellular
phone)

1 PressM.C. tosearch foravailablecellular phones.
While searching,Searching flashes.When avail-
able cellularphones featuringBluetoothwireless

! If thisunit failsto find anyavailable cellular
phones, Notfound isdisplayed.
2 PushM.C. upor downto select adevice name
you wantto connect.
3 PressM.C. toconnect the selectedcellular
phone.
While connecting,Connecting flashes. To com-
plete theconnection, checkthe devicename
(Pioneer BTUnit) andenter thelink code onyour
cellular phone.If theconnection is established,
Connected isdisplayed.
! PIN codeis setto 0000as thedefault. You
can changethis code.Refer to
Pin codeinput (PINcode input) onpage 16.
Connection open(connecting from cellularphone)
! This functioncannnot beoperatadwhen thecellu-
lar phoneis connected.
