Introduction of setup

1 Setupmenu display
Shows the setup function names.
1 Touch AUDIO MENU to display MENU.
MENU appears on the display.
# You can also display MENUby clicking the
joystick on theremote control.
2 Touch SETUP to display the setup func-
tion names.
The setup function names are displayed and
operable ones are highlighted.
# To return tothe previous display, touch BACK.
# To return tothe display of each source,touch
ESC.
Note
If you do not operatethe setup function within
about 30 seconds,the display is automatically re-
turned to the sourcedisplay.
Setting the AV input
You can connect up to two AV components to
this unit and display videos either on AV
source or EXT source.
Switch the AV input setting depending on the
connected AV components.
! Select VIDEO to watch video of a con-
nected component as AV source.
! Select EXT-V to watch video of a connected
video unit as EXT source.
! Select B. CAMERA to watch a rear view
camera video while you are backing your
vehicle.
When AV component is
connected to AV input 1
% Touch AV input on the setup menu to
select the AV input 1 setting.
Touch AV input until the desired setting is se-
lected.
! OFF No videocomponent is connected
! VIDEO External videocomponent (such
as portable video player)
! EXT-V External video unit (suchas Pio-
neer products availablein the future)
# EXT-V can be selected only whenexternal
video unit is connectedto this unit.
When AV component is
connected to AV input 2
1 Touch AV INPUT 2 on the setup menu.
2 Touch c or d on the AV INPUT 2 setting
to select your desired setting.
Each time you touch c or d it switches be-
tween the following AV input 2 settings:
! OFF No videocomponent is connected
! B. CAMERA Rear view camera
! VIDEO External videocomponent (such
as portable video player)
