Set up
the
test equipment as

modulation
frequency
of 400H2, 30%

Adjust the core of T3

obtain maximum

put

(REC
terminal).

tune
to 1400kHz and also set the
AM
SG
output
frequency
to
1400kH2.
6. This time adjust
TC5 to obtain

terminal).

8. Set the
AIvf SG output
level to about 30d8,
adjust
the
coil along the bar
antenna and
T3 at
600kHz,
and
TC4 and
TCb at 1400kH2,
in
the
same
manner
as described
in the above
steps. This is the
adjustment
for
optimum
sensitivity across
the
frequency band,
and
minimum difference
in sensitivity at different
frequencies.
9. Reset the
AM
SG
output
frequency
to
1400kH2,
and also tune the
SX-3800
to this
frequency.
10.
Adjust the cores of
T4 and
F7
to obtain
maxi-
mum output
level
(REC
terminal).
