Other settings (Options)
1. This cannot be set when NTP is set to Enable (page 49).
2. • The LCD button always operates (remains unlocked), regardless of the Front Key setting.
• To temporarily unlock operation of the buttons on the main unit’s front panel, press the LCD, ENTER and RETURN buttons on the front
panel simultaneously for over one second. This only enables operation temporarily, and does not change the Front Key setting.
3. This cannot be changed during playback.
4. The 9-pin and 15-pin connectors cannot be used simultaneously for RS-232C signal transfer.
5. The following settings are restored to the defaults set upon purchase.
• All Video Settings items
• All Audio Settings items
• The following Network Settings items

Select this when connecting a computer to this unit’s RS-232C terminal using a 9-pin cross
cable (commercially available).

Select this when connecting a computer to this unit’s EXT TERMINAL connector.

Baud Rate
2400 Sets the RS-232C terminal’s transfer rate to 2 400 bps.
4800 Sets the RS-232C terminal’s transfer rate to 4 800 bps.
9600 Sets the RS-232C terminal’s transfer rate to 9 600 bps.
19200 Sets the RS-232C terminal’s transfer rate to 19 200 bps.
Extend Terminal
Standard Sets the EXTEND TERMINAL button function to the preset standard.
User Sets the EXTEND TERMINAL button function to the desired value (page 67).
Auto Power Off
Disable
The power does not turn off automatically even if no operation is performed for the specified
time.
Enable
The power turns off automatically (is set to standby) if no button is operated or there is no
command control or access from the LAN for over 2 hours when no SD memory card is
loaded.
Initialize

When Yes is selected, this unit’s settings are restored to the defaults set upon purchase.
