Note: The ports on the manifold are marked for easy
identificationofcomponents.Example:R1is thereelcir-
cuit relief valve and P1 is a gear pump connection port.
(See Hydraulic Schematics to identify the function of the
hydraulic lines and cartridge valves at each port).
Note: Read the General Precautions for Removing
and Installing Hydraulic System Components at the be-
ginning of the Service and Repairs section of this chap-
ter.
1. Disconnect all electrical connectors from solenoid
valves (see Hydraulic Valve Solenoids in Chapter 5 -
Electrical System).
2. Disconnect all hydraulic tubes and hoses.
3. Remove hydraulic manifold from the frame.
4. Install lift manifold in reverse order.
