7. Reinitiating a route search
Navigation guidance
Auto reroute search
If you have deviated from the route, a route search may be initiated automatically (vicinity
search or all-route search).
The search result route may differ according the conditions under which the set route was
deviated from.
● Vicinity search: A route search returning you to the original route is initiated.
● All-route search: A route from the present location to the next destination* is searched for in
accordance with the specified conditions.
* If a preferred road is indicated between the present location and the destination, a route
search is initiated for the segment between the present location and the indicated preferred
road.
The automatic reroute search function can be turned ON (enable) or OFF (disable).
Touch in the Menu screen.

●If you have deviated from the set route while route guidance is in progress, the
automatic reroute search is activated once the device determines that you are
driving on a guidable road.
●Touch in the Setup screen to return all items to their default settings.
