6. DISPLAY AND OPERATION
6.7 Output signal (DO) forced output
POINT
When the servo system is used in a vertical lift application, turning on the
electromagnetic brake interlock (MBR) after assigning it to pin CN1B-19
will release the electromagnetic brake, causing a drop. Take drop
preventive measures on the machine side.
The output signal can be forced on/off independently of the servo status. This function is used for output
signal wiring check, etc. This operation must be performed in the servo off state servo-on (SON).
Operation
Call the display screen shown after power-on.
Using the "MODE" button, show the diagnostic screen.
Press UP twice.
Press SET for more than 2 seconds.
Switch on/off the signal below the lit segment.
Indicates the ON/OFF of the output signal. The correspondences
between segments and signals are as in the output signals of the
external I/O signal display.
(Lit: ON, extinguished: OFF)
Press MODE once.
The segment above CN1A-pin 18 is lit.
Press UP once.
CN1A-pin 18 is switched on.
(CN1A-pin 18-SG conduct.)
Press DOWN once.
CN1A-pin 18 is switched off.
Press SET for more than 2 seconds.
