! If you connect a Bluetooth adapter (e.g. CD-
BTB100) to this unit, you can control Blue-
tooth audio players via Bluetooth wireless
technology.
! In some countries, CD-BTB100 is not sold
on the market.
Important
! Depending on theBluetooth audio player con-
nected to this unit,the operations available
with this unit arelimited to the following two
levels:
A2DP profile(Advanced Audio Distribution
Profile): Only playing back songson your
audio player is possible.
AVRCP profile (Audio/VideoRemote Con-
trol Profile): Playing back, pausing,select-
ing songs, etc., arepossible.
! Since there are anumber of Bluetooth audio
players available onthe market, operations
with your Bluetooth audioplayer using this
unit vary extensively. Refer to theinstruction
manual that came withyour Bluetooth audio
player as well asthis manual while operating
your player on thisunit.
! Information about songs(e.g. the elapsed
playing time, songtitle, song index, etc.) can-
not be displayedon this unit.
! While you are listeningto songs on your Blue-
tooth audio player, refrain from usingon your
cellular phone as muchas possible. If you use
your cellular phone,the signal from your cel-
lular phone maycause noise on the songplay-
back.
! When you are talkingon a cellular phone con-
nected to this unitvia Bluetooth wireless tech-
nology, song playback fromyour Bluetooth
audio player connectedto this unit is muted.
! Even if you are listeningto a song on your
Bluetooth audio playerand you switch to an-
other source, songplayback continues.
For details concerning operation, refer to the
Bluetooth adapters operation manual. This
section provides brief information on Blue-
tooth audio player operations with this unit,
which slightly differs or is abbreviated from
that described in the Bluetooth adapters op-
eration manual.
! Even though your audio player does not
contain a Bluetooth module, you can still
control it from this unit via Bluetooth wire-
less technology. To control your audio
player using this unit, connect a product
featuring Bluetooth wireless technology
(available on the market) to your audio
player and connect the Bluetooth adapter
(e.g. CD-BTB100) to this unit.

Shows which source has been selected.
2 Connectionindicator
Shows the Bluetooth wireless connection
status.
3 Devicename
Shows the device name of the connected
Bluetooth audio player (or Bluetooth adap-
ter).
1 Touch the source icon and then touch
BTAudio to select the Bluetooth audio
source.

player it needs toestablish a Bluetooth wireless
