14. ABSOLUTE POSITION DETECTION SYSTEM
(3) At the time of alarm reset
If an alarm has occurred, detect the trouble (ALM_
) and turn off the servo-on (SON ). After
removing the alarm occurrence factor and deactivating the alarm, get the absolute position data again
from the drive unit in accordance with the procedure in (1) of this section.
