Read the servo amplifier status from the master station buffer memory. The servo amplifier status is always
stored in the remote input RX (addresses E0
H to 15FH) Read the servo amplifier status of station 1 to M0 to
M31.
Reads remote input (RX00 to RX1F) of
buffer memory to M0 to M31.
